Complain

Statement of Intent Complainants are encouraged to submit information or complaints in good faith, with honesty and integrity, and without any malicious intent or purpose of causing harm or distress to others. Any individual who files a complaint containing false allegations or acts in bad faith toward the respondent shall be deemed to have violated the Company’s Code of Business Ethics. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action, as deemed suitable to each case.
